About Human Centered Agility

We are not here to manage change.

Human Centered Agility (HCA) is a nonprofit organization focused on helping organizations evolve without exhausting the humans inside them.

For decades, transformation has been measured through delivery: milestones completed, systems launched, timelines achieved.

But modern organizations are no longer navigating isolated change events. They are operating inside continuous transformation pressure: AI acceleration, digital expansion, organizational restructuring, shifting workforce expectations, and constant adaptation.

And yet most systems still assume human adaptability is infinite.

The result is a growing sustainability gap between what organizations demand and what human systems can realistically absorb over time.

Organizations are moving faster. But many of the people inside them are becoming increasingly strained, fragmented, disconnected, and exhausted beneath the surface.

At HCA, we believe transformation should not succeed at the expense of the people carrying it.
